1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at olympianpestcontrol.com (the "Site"), operated by Olympian Pest Control, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio ("Olympian," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Services

Olympian provides commercial pest management services in Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. The Site describes our services and allows prospective clients to request assessments and quotes. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer of services, a warranty of specific results, or pest control advice for any particular property or situation.

3. Assessments, Quotes, and Service Agreements

• Requests submitted through the Site (including portfolio assessment requests) are inquiries only and do not create a service contract.
• All pest control services are governed exclusively by a separate written service agreement signed by both parties, including its scope of work, pricing, service levels, and guarantees.
• Quotes and per-door pricing estimates are valid for the period stated in the written quote and may be adjusted following an on-site assessment.
• Any service-level commitments described on the Site (such as response times) apply only as set forth in an executed service agreement.

4. Payments and Billing

Fees, payment schedules, and late-payment terms are set out in each client's service agreement. Billing questions should be directed to accounting@olympianpestcontrol.com.

5. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to: (a) use the Site in violation of any applicable law; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems; (d) interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated scraping, bots, or denial-of-service activity; or (e) use the Site to transmit malware or unsolicited commercial messages.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, page designs, and software — are owned by or licensed to Olympian Pest Control, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. See our Copyright & Trademark Notice for details. No license to use our content or marks is granted by your use of the Site.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as hosting and email delivery). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. ANY WARRANTIES RELATING TO PEST CONTROL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED SOLELY IN A WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT AND ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FROM THESE SITE TERMS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLYMPIAN PEST CONTROL, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). LIABILITY RELATING TO PEST CONTROL SERVICES IS GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE APPLICABLE SERVICE AGREEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olympian Pest Control, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
